Custom Sort Order: Tailoring Team Members to Your Preference
In GS Team Members, we offer you the flexibility to arrange Team Members exactly as you envision. With our custom sort order feature, you have the freedom to curate the display sequence of members according to your specific needs.
Here’s how to achieve it:
- Drag and Drop Members: Navigate to your GS Team Members interface and easily rearrange members by using the intuitive drag-and-drop functionality. This step ensures your members/staff are positioned precisely as desired.
- Query Settings – Set Order By Custom Order: After you’ve arranged your members in the desired sequence, proceed to the Query Settings section. Here, select “Order By” as “Custom Order” and “Order” as “ASC.” This action instructs the plugin to present members based on the custom sequence you’ve defined.
By utilizing the custom sort order feature, you gain full control over the arrangement of your members, enhancing their impact and resonance with your audience.

Reordering Groups/Categories
Occasionally, you may find the need to rearrange or reorder your groups/categories. The process is simple and follows the same principles as reordering members.
Step 1: Drag & Drop to rearrange Groups
Navigate to the Sort Group Order and use the drag-and-drop functionality to rearrange your groups.
Step 2: Query Settings for Groups
Access the Query Settings for your groups.
- Set Group Order By to Custom Order.
- Choose Group Order as either ASC (Ascending) or DESC (Descending) based on your preference.
